Recruiter – Leading VC Fund

Location: London

Salary: Market salary | £120k–£230k+ total compensation

About the Opportunity

This is a genuinely unusual opportunity for a sharp, ambitious recruiter to step into one of the world’s leading VC funds and recruit for world-class GTM teams.

  • No sector experience needed: My client is looking for talent, intelligence, attitude, and potential over exact sector experience.
  • Exclusive role: You’ll recruit exclusively for the VC’s portfolio companies, partnering with businesses including Snowflake and Factory AI.
  • High-quality focus: There is no business development. Your focus is on delivering high-quality recruitment for some of the most exciting technology businesses in the market.

Key Highlights

  • Exceptional caliber: The calibre of people you’ll work alongside is exceptional. A former Snowflake Managing Partner is now part of the fund, giving you an indication of the level of people you’ll be exposed to internally.
  • Valuable exposure: For someone early in their career who is hungry, highly capable, and wants to learn quickly, that exposure could be hugely valuable.
  • Significant earning potential: The earning potential is also significantly higher than in most traditional recruitment firms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
