Love recruitment, but done with BD targets, cold calls and the constant pressure of running a desk? You might not need to leave the industry altogether.

Templeton & Partners is looking for someone with a recruitment background who wants to move into a broader operations and contractor care role using the skills they have built in recruitment without being responsible for sales targets.

This is an office-led role based in London, with four days per week in the office & 1 from home, so it will suit someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and being at the centre of the day-to-day business.

The role sits across contractor care, contracts, compliance, office operations, suppliers, external IT support and employee engagement, while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, People and our international teams.

What you’ll be doing:

Contractor Care & Contracts

  • Act as a key point of contact for our contractors throughout their assignments, providing a responsive and professional experience.
  • Regularly check in with contractors, understand how assignments are progressing and help resolve any issues.
  • Support new contractor onboarding, including documentation, compliance checks and contracts.
  • Manage contractor extensions, renewals and offboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate contractor records and assignment information.
  • Work closely with Finance and Account Managers on timesheets, invoices, purchase orders and payment queries.
  • Identify useful commercial intelligence or warm leads through contractor conversations and pass these to the relevant commercial teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
