This is more than just filling vacancies. It's an opportunity to bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, engage with change management, and put your own stamp on how we attract and engage talent.

If you enjoy finding creative ways to connect with candidates, forging strong partnerships and spotting opportunities to do things better, you'll thrive in this role.

You'll be based at Claverton Down, near Bath, with occasional travel to Bristol and ad hoc visits to sites across the South West, allowing you to build relationships and gain a real understanding of the business you'll be supporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll need

  • You'll have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, either in-house or within an agency environment, and ideally have recruited for technical or specialist roles within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • You'll be comfortable working across a variety of skill sets, balancing multiple priorities and partnering with hiring managers to find the right people for the right opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of the South West employment market and an awareness of the exciting growth taking place across the construction industry would be a distinct advantage.

Your experience and behaviours will also include:

  • a strong knowledge of attraction channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and proactive sourcing techniques
  • building credible, trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • supporting wider recruitment and talent initiatives across the business
  • bringing passion, positivity and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting great people with great careers

You'll enjoy building relationships, thrive on finding solutions, and understand that every successful hire is more than just filling a vacancy. It's helping someone take the next step in their career while making a lasting impact on the business.
