We partner with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Commissioning firms, Owners, Developers and Consultancies delivering some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects across the US and Europe.
We are growing quickly and are looking for another Recruiter to join our team in Coulsdon. We're not looking for someone who just wants another recruitment job.
We're looking for someone ambitious who wants to build a career, earn well and become genuinely knowledgeable within one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a specialist market within FourFive Partners and build relationships with both candidates and clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building and developing your own candidate network
- Speaking with candidates across the US and European markets
- Identifying and approaching high-performing passive talent
- Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Generating new vacancies and business opportunities
- Mapping target companies and major Data Center projects
- Using market intelligence to create new leads
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building your personal brand within your specialist market

This is a sales-focused role. You'll spend a significant amount of your time speaking to people, building relationships and creating opportunities.
