Company Description

My Enterprise Group (Me Group) is a dynamic, forward-thinking start-up operating across multiple industries, including Finance, Employment, Digital & Marketing, Aviation, and Legal services. Role Description

The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Epsom, responsible for attracting and hiring professionals who can thrive within the Me Group community. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Recruiter will partner closely with leadership and business unit heads to understand hiring needs across sectors, create inclusive job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role also involves:

  • Maintaining talent pipelines
  • Leveraging recruitment tools and social media platforms
  • Providing data-driven insights on hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning

The Recruiter contributes directly to building a diverse network of entrepreneurial professionals aligned with Me Group’s vision and values.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to support proactive talent acquisition.
  • Ability to design and promote inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory job postings and hiring processes.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting in one or more of Me Group’s focus areas (Finance, Employment, Digital & Marketing, Aviation, Legal) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment and supporting professionals who are transitioning into business ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
