About The Role
The Randstad Internal Resourcer role is a vital part of our recruitment team, focusing on sourcing and delivering top-tier technology talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position involves managing the full candidate lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to presenting suitable candidates and facilitating the interview and offer processes. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers to ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Internal Resourcer will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline across various IT specialisms, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and supporting the overall growth of our technology recruitment division.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess prior experience in IT recruitment, covering a broad spectrum of roles within the technology sector. Experience working with System Integrators (SI) is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment. A target-driven mindset and a proactive approach to candidate engagement are critical for success. Additionally, familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and tracking KPIs will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to build a diverse talent pool.
- Match candidates to client requirements, ensuring alignment with technical skills and organizational culture.
- Manage the interview and offer process, coordinating between candidates and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS/CRM systems, tracking candidate progress and recruitment KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent market dynamics to enhance sourcing strategies.
