Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term/Contract Opportunity
Salary: £21.01 - £23.34 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join a fast-paced European Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting large-scale hiring across operational and corporate functions within a globally recognised organisation.
The Opportunity
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing passive candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.
- Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive market mapping and networking.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practice.
- Track recruitment activity, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Participate in recruitment projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Fluency in French (C1 level or above) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering results and building trusted relationships.
