The Role
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Contingent Workforce Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing recruitment team supporting a diverse portfolio of contingent hiring across multiple industries.
As a Recruiter, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner to senior hiring managers and business leaders, taking ownership of vacancies from requirement through to offer. You'll provide expert market insight, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver a consultative recruitment service that supports business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Success in this role requires confidence, credibility, and the ability to influence at all levels. You'll be comfortable challenging and advising stakeholders, managing expectations, and guiding hiring decisions in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders, becoming a key advisor on recruitment strategy and hiring decisions
- Provide consultative guidance on market conditions, talent availability, hiring approaches, and workforce planning
- Influence and challenge stakeholders constructively where appropriate, using data and market intelligence to support recommendations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and translate these into effective recruitment solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality stakeholder experience
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, balancing business requirements with market realities

Recruitment Delivery
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers to agree recruitment plans, role requirements, timelines, and selection processes
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent hiring requirements
- Assess and qualify candidates against role requirements, ensuring a strong match of skills, experience, and business needs
- Present candidate shortlists and provide informed recommendations to hiring managers
- Facilitate interview and selection processes, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all parties
- Support hiring managers with hiring decisions, offer management, and negotiations where required
- Deliver a professional, consultative candidate experience that reflects both AMS and client brand values
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes and stakeholder engagement
Skills & Requirements
You'll need to demonstrate
Must haves
- Experience in managing recruitment processes within a professional services, corporate, financial services, or similar professional environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Experience recruiting contingent workers within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), RPO, or talent solutions environment
- A consultative approach to recruitment, with experience providing market insight and influencing hiring decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to challenge respectfully and manage expectations effectively
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Experience working in a client-focused environment where stakeholder engagement and service delivery are critical
Nice to Have
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, ideally TalentLink.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and market trends to support hiring recommendations
- Experience working with complex stakeholder groups across multiple business functions
