About The Company

The Best of Both Worlds

At Maisa, we believe great work happens when people have the freedom to choose the setup that works best for them.

Prefer the flexibility of remote work? You’re welcome to work remotely. Most of our roles are currently focused on Spain, although depending on the position and profile, we may be open to hiring from other locations.

Looking for some social energy? Our hybrid setup gives you the option to connect and work alongside teammates at our hubs in Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and Murcia. And as we grow, our spaces will grow with us: when we build a team of more than 10 people in a location, our ambition is to create a hub there too.

We also want the time we spend together in person to be worth it. Today, that includes weekly transportation from the city center to our Valencia headquarters and weekly team lunches in Valencia and Barcelona, with more experiences to come as our teams and hubs evolve.

The Culture is OURS to Create

We’re still shaping how we work together—and that’s part of what makes joining Maisa now specifically exciting.

Everyone who joins has the opportunity to influence how we collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Rather than inheriting a finished playbook, you’ll have a voice in creating it.

Remote when you want flexibility. Together when you want connection. And a culture you can help shape from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Role

Recruiter, Client-Facing & GTM

Real talk: we're growing faster than our talent team can hire. Good problem. We need one more recruiter to help solve it.

Maisa is scaling, and the teams that bring our product to customers are growing with it. With more than 50 client-facing hires planned over the next year, we're adding a Recruiter to our talent function to keep that hiring fast, sharp and high quality.

You'll own recruitment from intake through offer, partner closely with hiring managers and give every candidate an experience worth talking about, while keeping hiring moving at speed. You'll be part of our talent function, working with a senior team of recruitment experts and a senior sourcer. We build in-house, with no agencies, so your work directly shapes who joins Maisa.

This is a mid-level role with a clear path towards Senior Recruiter over the next year, based on your impact and development.

What You'll Do

  • Own recruitment end to end
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Client Services, GTM, sales and marketing roles, from intake and candidate assessment through offer and close.
    • Translate hiring needs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans and recruitment strategies.
    • Run screening interviews to assess experience, motivation and alignment with the role and our values.
    • Run multiple pipelines in parallel, keeping priorities clear and quality consistent.
    • Assess hiring metrics and improve our processes using analytics.
  • Raise the talent bar
    • Hold a high bar on every hire, using structured assessment and clear rubrics.
    • Help hiring managers make sharper, faster, evidence-based decisions.
    • Spot gaps in the process and fix them, not work around them.

  • Strong hiring manager partnership, candidate assessment and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset and a fast growth mindset: you use numbers to improve, and you learn quickly.
  • The ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment without dropping quality.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience is a plus.

Why you'll like it here

  • A senior team you'll genuinely learn from.
  • Real ownership from day one, with a defined route to Senior Recruiter.
  • A front-row seat to scaling an enterprise AI company.
