Role: Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $30 - $42/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles across multiple departments. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This contract position supports a growing team in scaling hiring efforts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting structured feedback.
  • Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.
  • Partner with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria based on market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
  • Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
