About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Euro Car Parks. In this role, you will oversee daily parking operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure that all services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels, implementing innovative parking solutions, and driving operational excellence. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in parking management, facilities management, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using parking management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to parking operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites, ensuring optimal utilization of parking spaces and resources.
  • Lead and motivate a team of parking attendants, supervisors, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of parking facilities.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams related to parking services.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster positive relationships and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance parking solutions and services.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management regularly.
