About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting suitable matches to clients. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the hiring journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is advantageous. A positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are key qualities we seek in our team members.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and align with client expectations.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our CRM system.
  • Providing expert advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and employment legislation.
  • Participating in business development activities to expand our client base and increase market presence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
