Talent Attraction Sourcing Recruiter – French Speaker
Location: London, UK
Contract Duration: 26 October 2026 – 25 April 2027
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the London office
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Talent Attraction Sourcing Recruiter with French language skills to join a dynamic commercial recruitment team. This role focuses on talent sourcing, candidate engagement and assessment for Account Executive opportunities, building strong talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
You will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified candidate pipeline, working closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters who manage the later stages of recruitment, including interviews, candidate coaching and offers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through outbound sourcing, inbound applications, referrals and internal talent channels.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for Account Executive opportunities, using a range of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate competencies, experience, motivation and suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines, maintaining accurate candidate records and engagement activity within the recruitment CRM.
- Submit fully assessed, qualified candidates to Talent Delivery Recruiters for progression through the recruitment process.
- Partner with recruitment stakeholders across teams and regions to understand talent requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Support diversity and representation goals by engaging talent from a broad range of backgrounds.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver against sourcing targets and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, candidate engagement and recruitment efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in recruiters who enjoy top-of-funnel sourcing rather than full-desk or full-lifecycle recruitment. You should be confident identifying, engaging and assessing talent, building long-term candidate relationships and delivering qualified pipelines to recruitment partners. Experience in sales or commercial hiring is highly desirable. This is a sourcing-focused opportunity rather than a technology recruitment role.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
