Recruiter 📍 Remote | Immediate Start Contract until 27th December 2026 – subject to extension Up to £124 per day PAYE or £167 per day Umbrella DOE

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a busy and collaborative resourcing function on a long-term, fully remote contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of business areas. You’ll recruit for a multitude of sectors and functions, including Customer Service, Wholesale, Marketing, and Finance, so strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt your recruitment approach to different audiences will be essential.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
  • Leading effective recruitment briefings and providing expert recruitment guidance
  • Selecting and utilising appropriate attraction and sourcing channels
  • Writing engaging, inclusive job adverts
  • Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
  • Supporting interviews, assessments, feedback, and offer processes
  • Direct sourcing and proactively identifying and engaging candidates
  • Using a range of sourcing methods, including CV databases, talent pools, and networking
  • Ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment activity and working in line with relevant processes and legislation
  • Supporting recruitment improvement initiatives and contributing to KPI delivery

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience, gained in-house, agency, or within an RPO environment
  • Experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to engage confidently with Hiring Managers and provide a high level of recruitment support
  • Direct sourcing and candidate attraction experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload independently
  • Experience using ATS or online recruitment platforms
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
