Recruiter

Location: Northampton

Salary: £30k-£40k base, realistic OTE £100k+

Be part of something new. Service some of the world's most recognised brands. Pure service delivery (no business development!!)

I am interested in talking to highly motivated individuals, you don’t need recruitment experience but if you do, that would be a luxury.

Full training is provided!

My client is a new talent provider who is coming to town, there is honestly no other talent provider like this in the area (or even in the UK!). ENB are more than excited to be part of this journey with them.

We are looking for ambitious, driven and personable candidates. People that are not afraid to ask questions, challenge and learn as you grow. This isn’t a cold start, this is supporting the US business from the UK (so working hours will reflect the US market).

This role is delivery, candidate focussed and working on extremely high level projects in the US. And as a Recruiter, your role will be to source, engage and deliver high quality candidates experience, working with businesses you never thought was possible, working on vacancies that are truly mind blowing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
