About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parking Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple parking sites. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can coordinate teams, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proven experience in parking management, operations, or facilities management is essential, with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of parking management software, safety regulations, and environmental standards is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends. A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of parking attendants, supervisors, and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management and recommending improvements.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational disruptions are minimized.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored parking solutions.
- Implement new technologies and innovations to enhance parking management systems and customer engagement.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
