About the Role

This role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team and supports high-volume, multi-market hiring.

You are responsible for keeping hiring operations structured, accurate, and moving fast.

The role is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally.

Success is measured by speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.
  • Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback.
  • Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.
  • Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.
  • Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow.

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
  • Exposure to job posting optimisation or recruitment metrics.
  • Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations.
  • Fresh graduates with strong execution ability are welcome.
