Role Description
The Recruiting Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Blackmont’s talent acquisition and candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Sourcing potential candidates
- Reviewing applications
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring teams
The intern will assist with conducting initial screening conversations, maintaining accurate candidate records, and communicating updates to applicants in a timely and professional manner. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Supporting onboarding and training activities for new team members
- Updating recruitment materials
- Contributing to process improvements
This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting within a collaborative, student-led consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to conduct screenings and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with onboarding and support new team member development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in consulting, social impact, or working with NGOs, NPOs, and start-ups.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and willingness to learn new systems.
- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar) is beneficial but not required.
