Role Description
The Recruiting Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Blackmont’s talent acquisition and onboarding activities. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Sourcing and screening applicants
- Coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate records in alignment with recruiting processes
- Assisting in conducting initial interviews
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Supporting hiring managers with scheduling and documentation

Additional responsibilities include:
- Helping to develop training and onboarding materials for new members
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidate should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Candidate should possess skills in Training to help develop onboarding and learning materials for new joiners.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling candidate data and schedules.
- Comfort working in a remote, student-driven environment, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Interest in consulting, social impact, or supporting NGOs, NPOs, and start-ups is highly beneficial.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
