MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience partnering with Vendor Delivery Teams to define and execute the talent engagement and recruiting strategy for highly complex roles and locations.
- Experience of supporting commercial recruiting across sales and business support functions.
- Experience of delivering high volume recruiting campaigns into a hub location/hiring from within international talent pools.

You work closely with the executive management team to develop recruiting strategies. You prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience.
As part of the EMEA Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT), the Head of GBOFx Recruiting requires experienced people, client and operations managers to lead EMEA hiring across GCS, LCS, gTech and Functions.
In this role, you will be a strategic leader who understands how to balance high volume, fast paced commercial hiring with the niche breadth of Google’s Functions portfolio (Finance, Regulatory Affairs, legal etc) and an enthusiasm to attract and engage the talent contained within this highly complex space. As a trusted talent advisor, you will leverage your experience and domain expertise to manage executive stakeholder relationships at all levels. You will also be an established manager of managers, adept at leading a team to develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €178000 - €182000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional guidance and client management to senior leadership (VP level) across Google’s primary commercial product areas (GCS, LCS) as well as across the broader GBO and Functions portfolio.
- Manage through a complex matrix stakeholder environment, including POps and Regional Strategy and Operations (RSO), GT, Global Recruiting partners and Vendor Delivery teams.
- Drive team excellence by establishing clear expectations, empowering individuals, and fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Guide your team in developing go-to-market strategies through leveraging internal and external data sets to define market based go-to-market strategies.
- Drive innovation across the GBOFx portfolio through increasing utilisation of AI, both within the Recruiting process and team workflows.
