Altum Group is looking for an Operational Projects Manager to support the delivery of key business improvement initiatives across our international recruitment and executive search businesses.
Working directly with our Group Operations Director, you'll play a central role in helping implement new technology, improve operational processes, drive adoption across teams and ensure projects are successfully embedded into the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment who enjoys variety, thrives on making things happen and takes satisfaction from bringing structure, organisation and momentum to busy projects.
You'll be joining at an exciting time as we continue to invest in AI, systems, reporting and operational improvements that support the future growth of the Group.

- Coordinating business improvement and operational projects
- Supporting AI, technology and systems rollouts
- Creating process documentation, SOPs and user guides
- Delivering training and supporting user adoption
- Producing project updates, reporting and adoption metrics
- Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the business
- Helping ensure projects move from idea through to successful implementation
- Supporting continuity across key initiatives during periods of peak activity and business change
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A strong communicator who can build relationships across teams
- Naturally curious about systems, processes and technology
- Confident producing documentation, training materials and reporting
- Happy taking ownership and driving work through to completion

Experience we'd love to see
- Experience working in a recruitment business
- Involvement in operational projects within a recruitment business
- Exposure to CRM, ATS or business systems
- Experience supporting change, technology or process improvement initiatives
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
