Role Description

This temporary, remote Recruiting Specialist role focuses on supporting end-to-end hiring processes across the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Recruiting Specialist will maintain clear communication with candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Additional activities may involve:

  • Assisting with onboarding logistics
  • Supporting training coordination for new hires
  • Keeping hiring records and recruitment metrics accurate and up to date

Qualifications

  • Skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting talent.
  • Skills in Interviewing and Communication to conduct structured interviews and maintain professional, clear candidate interactions.
  • Skills in Training support, such as coordinating onboarding activities and helping organize training materials for new hires.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job platforms, and remote collaboration tools is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment are preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in technology or agency settings, is an advantage.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
