We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Team Leader to join Impax and play a major part in our next stage of growth.
You’ll start by leading a team of 4 recruiters, with the opportunity to grow and manage a team of up to 10 as you develop the desk. This is a hands-on leadership role. We want someone who can lead from the front, develop recruiters, drive performance and still be commercially involved themselves.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing, coaching and developing your team
- Setting targets and driving performance
- Helping consultants fill roles with most desks having 10+ roles live
- Building a high-performance culture
- Leading from the front and billing alongside your team
