Recruitment Account Manager (Remote)
Overview
The Recruitment Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality recruitment services, and ensuring seamless end-to-end hiring delivery across assigned accounts. This role combines client management, project coordination, and hands-on recruitment execution, supported by strong digital research capabilities and effective use of modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong communication, trust, and service delivery.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, including briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, and hiring requirements.
- Build and manage talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, targeted outreach, and AI-enhanced research tools.
- Use online AI platforms to conduct market mapping, talent research, Boolean optimisation, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence.
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to clients on hiring progress, market conditions, and candidate availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing, admin, marketing) to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities to expand services or deepen engagement with existing clients.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or account management (agency or RPO preferred).
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms).
- High competency in using online AI tools for research, sourcing, market intelligence, workflow optimisation, and drafting recruitment-related content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience managing industrial, technical, or high-volume recruitment accounts.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, ATS systems).
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and produce client-ready reports.
