Well-established organisation with a project focused on effective talent acquisition.

Work Pattern

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexi-hours)
  • Hybrid 2/3 days a week
  • Based in BS16
  • Duration: September 2026 to March 2027

Your new role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • Support critical or high-risk vacancies with proactive solutions
  • Administer recruitment activity using the applicant tracking system
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management
  • Support delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects
  • Coordinate, review and standardise job descriptions across the business
  • Upload and maintain job descriptions within internal systems
  • Contribute to process improvements and development of training materials

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within a customer-focused HR or recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage competing priorities
  • Experience using recruitment systems and MS Office
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting projects and implementing new processes
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, business support or similar
