The Role

The Recruitment Administration Coordinator provides efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. They act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility.


Key Accountabilities

  • Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
  • Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team.

Skills & Requirements

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing recruitment administration and multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support colleagues across different areas of the team.
  • Strong teamworking skills and a genuine willingness to collaborate and support others.
  • Comfortable working independently when required, while remaining engaged and connected with the wider team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to gather information, ask the right questions, and follow processes effectively.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous recruitment or recruitment administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
