Recruitment Administrator

Hertfordshire | 6-Month Contract | Potential to Go Permanent
£16.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed business in Hertfordshire.
This is initially a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right person.
Working closely alongside the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process, helping to ensure candidates and hiring managers receive an efficient and professional service.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure sufficient coverage is being prioritised across the group
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records
  • Ensure company processes and procedures are followed at all times
  • Supporting the manager in day to day operations
  • Help manage recruitment documentation and systems
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A professional and positive approach
  • Previous administration or recruitment experience is advantageous
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence
