Recruitment Consultant / Office Administrator

📍 Location: Inverness
📅 Duration: Full time | Permanent

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Inverness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Whether you have previous recruitment experience or come from an office administration, customer service, or sales background, full training will be provided.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can confidently manage a varied workload while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.

About The Role

This is a varied role combining recruitment, customer service, and office administration responsibilities.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and registering candidates
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating internal systems
  • General office administration and database management
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates
  • Matching candidates to vacancies and allocating shifts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment office

As Driver Hire operates 24/7, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £27,202.50 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme
  • OTE: £35,000+ per annum
  • 28 Days holiday per annum
  • Support from the Driver Hire Inverness team
