Looking for a recruitment role where you can make a real difference?

Every vacancy our recruitment team fills supports services across our trust, helping to ensure patients receive great care.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied coordination role where you'll manage vacancies through our recruitment system, Trac, from start to finish. You'll create vacancies, arrange interviews, send offers, coordinate pre-employment checks and support candidates through onboarding, helping to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

You'll work closely with recruiting managers, candidates and colleagues across the Trust, providing excellent customer service and keeping recruitment activity on track. An important part of the role is resolving issues that could delay a candidate's start date, helping us meet our time-to-hire targets while ensuring NHS recruitment standards are maintained.

  • Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work your hours between 8am and 6pm.
  • Work Location: For your first three months you'll be office-based for induction and training. After this, you'll move to our hybrid working model, spending two days in the office and three days working from home.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Please note: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK immigration rules. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
