Recruitment Administrator – Abbatt Dual Management

London

Abbatt Dual Management is part of the award-winning Abbatt Property Recruitment group, and we're looking for an organised, detail-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our team. It's a close-knit group — regular socials, a monthly entertainment budget the team gets creative with, and a supportive environment to work in.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's methodical, accurate, and good at keeping things on track. You'll work closely with account managers and the internal recruitment team, helping keep the team's day-to-day running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing compliance documentation and right-to-work checks for temporary workers.
  • Booking shifts and coordinating cover across client sites.
  • Sending booking confirmations to clients and candidates.
  • Building and maintaining rotas.
  • Coordinating interviews — liaising with clients and candidates to arrange times, send confirmations and manage diary logistics.
  • Providing payroll information to the finance team.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to our account managers, helping them stay on top of client requirements and keep accounts running smoothly.
  • General administrative support to keep the desk running efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
