Recruitment Administrator | 6 Month Contract

Stoke-on-Trent | Hybrid
£30,000 - £32,000
6-month FTC | Potential to become permanent

Are you a proactive Recruitment Administrator or Coordinator who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with people and knows how to keep a busy recruitment process moving? We're partnering with a national construction company who are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their developing HR team on an initial 6-month contract, with potential for the role to become permanent.

It's a great time to join the business, with a new CEO, new HR leadership and lots happening across the wider People function. You'll be joining a friendly team where you'll have plenty to get involved in and the opportunity to bring your own ideas about how things could work better.

What will you be doing?

You'll provide day-to-day coordination across recruitment, helping hiring managers to fill their vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
