As one of the largest and most successful Multi-Academy Trusts in the North of England, we're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and ambitious HR & Recruitment Team. What you'll be doing
- Being the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from applicants, academies and colleagues.
- Managing our recruitment inbox and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Creating and advertising vacancies through our recruitment system.
- Coordinating interviews and assessment activities.
- Producing contracts and new starter documentation.
- Completing pre-employment checks and supporting safer recruitment processes.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring our systems are up to date.
- Supporting recruitment training and continuous improvement projects across the Trust.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Pays attention to the small details that make a big difference.
- Is confident communicating with a wide range of people.
- Takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Has experience in an administrative environment (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential).
