We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team and play an important role in delivering a great recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is a varied and engaging role where no two days will be quite the same. You'll support the day-to-day running of our new Reach Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage vacancies, post engaging job adverts, work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, and help keep our recruitment pipelines moving.

Location - Birmingham - Hybrid (one day per week in the office)

Salary - £26,000

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the day-to-day housekeeping of Reach, ensuring recruitment information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Setting up, posting, and managing vacancies through the ATS, including closing roles and accurately progressing candidates.
  • Creating and posting engaging job adverts that attract great candidates and reflect our employer brand.
  • Building positive relationships with hiring managers, proactively seeking feedback, and helping keep recruitment activity moving.
  • Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team with candidate pipeline administration, ensuring candidates are recorded and progressed appropriately.
  • Keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date and ensuring actions are completed promptly.
  • Providing recruitment administration across campaigns and supporting the team to deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes and make the best use of our new ATS.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in recruitment, either from an agency or in-house Talent Acquisition environment, uploading adverts, inviting candidates to interview, and supporting with candidate pipelines.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills working with recruitment systems and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Confident communicating and building positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and keep recruitment activity moving.
  • Committed to providing a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude, and keen to learn, develop, and identify ways to improve recruitment processes.
