Job: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Manchester City Centre

Contract Type: Temporary 4 weeks with the potential for an extension until 2027

Pay: £13.51 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00 (37 hour working week)

Start Date: August 3rd 2026

Helping support the business cover all different aspects of recruitment. This will be looking after all the different departments from Store to warehouse to head office. It will be for 4 weeks and for the right candidate there is the potential for the assignment to be extended until January. The typical duties whilst working in this post are (but not limited to);

  • Using Excel to help with managing spreadsheets, updating, creating new ones etc
  • Liaising with internal team managers about vacancies, and advising where necessary
  • Other recruitment admin such as
    • Coordination of interview activity
    • Hiring manager communication
    • Interview slot creation etc.
  • Comms via emails with internals and externals
  • Daily reporting
  • Re-directing of queries where necessary and supporting the wider team
