Recruitment Administrator
£26,700 starting salary + peak bonus (paid between November-January)
Gateshead (NE11 0PZ)
Previous experience in recruitment not essential, however admin experience required.
40 hrs Monday to Friday usually 08:00-16:00 with some on call element over weekend.
Temporary position
Kingdom People are recruiting for Recruitment Administrator to work at one of our client’s locations. The role is based in office environment in the food factory that operates 24/7. Daily shop floor presence in food production and warehouse environment (ambient temperature) is required. Full PPE will have to be worn (hair net, boots, overall – all provided).

The Role
Recruitment Administrator will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Conducting check ins at client premises
- Sending out attendance report to client
- Conducting inductions/training
- Liaising with management regarding staff orders
- Updating documents on system
- General administrative duties
- On call duties required during the weekend

Requirements
Recruitment Administrator ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8 hr shift
- Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours
- Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, however admin experience desired
- Being able to commute to Gateshead (NE11 0PZ) - good links of transport
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
