Job Title: Talent Acquisition Administrator
Job Location: Watford
Duration: 3-6 months

Job Summary
To provide overall administrative support for the Talent Acquisition and Early Careers teams and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for the Talent Acquisition and Early Careers teams to include telephone calls, photocopying, scanning, and e-mail correspondence to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
- Act as the initial point of contact for the department, fielding and filtering all general queries.
- Provide proactive support to the team and internal customers, anticipating needs, seeking and coordinating information, and alerting individuals to forthcoming deadlines or queries.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate resourcing events (e.g., resourcing days, fairs, assessment centers); ensuring venues are identified and booked and the appropriate materials are available, delivered on time, and returned in good condition.
- Responsible for setting up and collating all online tests.
- Initial CV screen for Group Functions and Early Careers as well as ad hoc support to Retail and Distribution.
- Accurately update the recruitment section of the TJX Europe website and other external websites as appropriate.
- Update the recruitment database. Log all CVs not sent through the recruitment system and track candidates’ progress through the recruitment process and provide accurate information for evaluation purposes.
- Be responsible for adding vacancies to the intranet and inserting them into the TK Actions.
- In response to business needs, be able to recruit entry-level vacancies if required.
- Develop and maintain the candidate filing system – both computerized and manual.
- Accurately produce written communication in response to applications through advertisements; email and Internet to ensure all candidates receive the correct response within set time-scales.
- Responsible for the compilation of the Vacancy Reports and PO logs.
- Assist in the administration of the Perfect Match scheme.
- Administer offer letters and collate receipt of all starter information and liaise with the HR/training teams regarding new starters.
- Be flexible to provide support to European Talent Acquisition team as required.
- Be responsible for processing and tracking all invoices and POs.
- Respond to a high volume of e-mails to the Talent Acquisition In-boxes.
- Book travel for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ad hoc reports and projects.
