We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a major London public sector organisation on an interim basis.

Key requirement: The role will focus on coordinating high-volume recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, diary management, inbox management, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Key Details

  • Contract: Until March 2027
  • Location: Stratford, London (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)
  • Rate: £120 PAYE / £159.31 Umbrella per day
  • Start: ASAP
  • Interview: One-stage MS Teams interview

Role

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage high volumes of interview requests, diary changes, and reschedules
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems
  • Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to enquiries
  • Build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and administration activities
  • Provide general administrative support across the wider team

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating interviews, appointments, meetings, or other scheduling activities (essential)
  • Strong diary management experience across multiple stakeholders (essential)
  • Experience managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Strong administration, data entry, and record management skills
  • Experience using ATS, HR systems, databases, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work whilst maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Public sector, NHS, HR, recruitment, shared services, or other administration-based experience (desirable)
