Recruitment Administrator
Location: Belfast, Derry/Londonderry or Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our recruitment team. From coordinating interviews for national regulators and government agencies to supporting interview panels, managing candidate communications and keeping recruitment campaigns on track, no two days are the same. You'll be the person who keeps everything organised, anticipates what's needed next and ensures every campaign runs seamlessly. If you're proactive, thrive on variety and enjoy working with people, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least two years' experience in a busy administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken English and good numerical skills.
- Excellent IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the willingness to turn your hand to whatever needs doing in a small, supportive team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to meet deadlines, taking ownership to ensure nothing slips.
- Sound judgement, common sense and a strong work ethic.
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as occasional travel between offices and client sites may be required.

Previous recruitment or HR experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
What You'll Do
You'll support the delivery of recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, candidates and interview panels.
- Coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously from briefing through to appointment.
- Take detailed recruitment briefs from clients and help shape recruitment strategies.
- Assist with candidate shortlisting against agreed criteria.
- Support sourcing and executive search activity using LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment tools.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate, client and panel communications.
- Prepare interview packs and all campaign documentation.
- Support Panel Chairs and coordinate interview notetakers.
- Take confidential interview notes when required.
- Coordinate candidate feedback and campaign updates.
- Maintain recruitment systems, candidate tracking and campaign records.
- Manage recruitment inboxes and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Prepare compelling job adverts and coordinate advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all campaign documentation is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
- Produce campaign reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and client service.
