Recruitment Administrator

Location: Wandsworth, London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Department: Recruitment / People Team
Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience?

TLScontact is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Recruitment Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment stages across multiple departments.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and information within our ATS.
  • Prepare offer letters and support end-to-end onboarding administration.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support interview logistics and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, dashboards and hiring metrics.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs and hiring events.
  • Assist with right-to-work checks and pre-employment screening.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (HR or recruitment experience preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience using an ATS or HR system.
  • A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
  • Experience working within an international or service-delivery environment.
  • Additional language skills.
