About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey for candidates in compliance with Ofsted and CQC Regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and making a real difference behind the scenes.

We’re seeking someone who is motivated, reliable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and care about delivering a great experience for candidates.

  • Salary: £27,040
  • Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm

What We Offer

  • £27,040 per annum.
  • 40-hour Full-Time Contract.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment role.
  • Experience within CQC or Ofsted-regulated recruitment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the recruitment process from advert to appointment.
  • Posting job adverts and managing candidate applications.
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate records on recruitment trackers and systems.
  • Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation in line with safer recruitment standards.
  • Acting as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries.
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
