Are you looking for your first step into the world of work?
We're offering an exciting paid 12-week work experience opportunity within our Recruitment team. This role is designed for someone who may have little or no previous work experience but is motivated to learn, gain confidence and develop valuable workplace skills.
You'll work alongside a friendly and supportive recruitment team who will provide coaching, guidance and hands-on experience to help you grow and succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support with scheduling interviews and candidate management
- Assist in reviewing applications and organising candidate information
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
- Support recruitment events, careers fairs or community outreach activities
- Carry out general administration tasks for the recruitment and Talent Acquisition team
- Learn about recruitment processes and candidate management.

This role is based at our Barway, Cambridgeshire site. As there is no public transport available, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and from the workplace each day and arrive in time for their scheduled working hours.
