PRS Recruitment Services are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to work directly alongside a senior member of the business, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment desk. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into recruitment or develop their existing experience in administration, customer service, sales or coordination.

About the Role

The Role

Your responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment desk and providing recruitment administration support directly alongside a senior member of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing timesheets
  • Supporting with candidate compliance and right-to-work checks
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Preparing and sending candidate mailshots
  • Formatting CVs for clients
  • Reviewing and filtering CVs against live vacancies
  • Carrying out initial candidate screening calls
  • Arranging interviews and coordinating candidates
  • Updating candidate records and general recruitment administration

Qualifications

Recruitment experience isn't essential.

Required Skills

  • Keen to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in administration, customer service, sales or coordination.

The role is offered Hybrid and Part time considered

Salary £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Would also consider apprenticeships
