Job Description
Recruitment Administrator
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Part Time Recruitment Administrator to join our busy in-house recruitment team and help deliver a smooth, efficient and engaging recruitment experience across CPM.
We offer £15,600pa, 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, a comprehensive benefits package, including Peppy healthcare App and generous holiday entitlement.
Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14
Hybrid between office and home (3 days in our Stokenchurch office/ 2 days home working).
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of recruitment across multiple client projects and field teams. Working closely with the Lead Recruiter, Recruitment Manager and wider operational teams, you'll help ensure our recruitment processes are organised, accurate, compliant and delivered to agreed timelines.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you'll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You'll also be encouraged to look for ways to improve processes, identify efficiencies and help the recruitment team continuously evolve how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Team with recruitment administration across multiple vacancies and projects.
- Manage vacancies, candidate records, applications and recruitment trackers accurately and in line with GDPR.
- Support interview, onboarding and new starter administration, ensuring processes are completed on time.
- Create and coordinate Recruitment communications and maintain the Recruitment SharePoint site.
- Liaise with Field Operations and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding.
- Resolve recruitment administration queries and ensure processes are followed consistently.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working.
- Lead/work on streamlining projects to improve ways of working

About You
You'll be a highly organised, detail-focused and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment. You'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working with data and systems, and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to improve processes.
- Experience working with systems, databases or trackers.
Desirable but not essential: Recruitment/HR experience, ATS experience, knowledge of recruitment compliance or high-volume recruitment.
