Recruitment Administrator - Required At Country Court In Werrington, Peterborough.

Hours of Work
- 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
Country Court are one the fastest growing 5 care providers and we are seeking a creative, ambitious & passionate Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team in our growing organisation on a fixed term contract, based in our Central Services in Werrington, Peterborough.*
The Recruitment Administrator Role
You will be assisting with the recruitment administration within the recruitment team and some of your tasks will include:
- Post job vacancies onto the ATS and assist in writing job adverts
- Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate and vacancy information
- Action the individual recruitment action plans for each care home
- Screen applications as required and arrange interviews
- Organise recruitment days/open days for homes and attend where required
- Ensure compliance with data protection and retention policies
- Maintain recruitment files and ensure all documentation is stored correctly
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate and manager queries
- Answer incoming calls

About You
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar recruitment focussed role, be proactive and effective communicator, professional, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:
Essential
- Experience working within recruitment
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across all areas of the business
- Ability to work to strict timelines and to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Desirable
- Experience of working within the care sector
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and/or candidate management systems
