This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in HR and recruitment, working closely with managers, candidates and colleagues across the Trust. You'll play a vital role in ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly, providing excellent customer service and making sure successful candidates are safely and efficiently appointed.

If you're highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working as part of a team and can manage competing priorities, we'd love to hear from you.

In return, you'll join a supportive team committed to delivering an outstanding recruitment service and helping improve patient care through great hiring.

Hours of work:

Full and part time posts available

Interviews to be held week commencing 14 or 23 September.

Please note, if you are applying for a secondment opportunity, you will need to seek your manager's approval.

Please note that this advertised position, which is part of occupation code 4136 does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa. The Trust would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping managers attract, recruit and appoint the best people into the Trust.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
