Bilingual French / English Recruitment Adviser

Our client, a leading economic consulting firm, is looking to recruit a bilingual French / English Recruitment Adviser to support their offices in Europe and Asia.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in an in-house recruitment role and have had responsibility for data analysis and reporting within a recruitment function.

The position can be located in the Paris, Brussels or London office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates for billable and non-billable positions.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with local offices, advising on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) and all recruitment filing systems.
  • Maintain and refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.
  • Analyse headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and hiring requirements.
  • Support the alignment of hiring plans with business needs and forecasted demand across billable and non-billable functions.
  • Extract and validate headcount and recruitment data from Workday.
  • Alongside the HR team, deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and precision.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting methodologies and data integrity.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s positioning.
  • Support employer branding efforts aimed at attracting high-calibre billable and non-billable talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide broader support across the HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to team initiatives and wider people activities across the region.

  • Experience supporting recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.
  • Experience working with headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or talent data.
  • Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Lama and Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and French

Salary

Up to £58,000 + excellent benefits

Hybrid working schedule: 3 days from home and 2 days in office each week
