Talent Acquisition Advisor

A founder-led independent media agency that's going through an exciting period of growth are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their growing People team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the hope to go perm.

This is a busy, hands-on recruitment role where you'll take ownership of the full hiring process, typically managing around 8-10 live roles at any one time. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the agency, helping to shape briefs, advise on the best approach and then take things through from sourcing and first conversations to offer.

A big part of the role will be proactive sourcing, using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to find both active and passive candidates, particularly for recurring and harder-to-fill positions. You'll also keep the ATS (Team Tailor) in good shape, track recruitment metrics and use the data to keep hiring managers informed and improve what you're doing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

They're particularly interested in someone who understands the media and digital space, with experience recruiting across areas such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Media Planning & Strategy. Data Analytics experience would be useful, as would exposure to Client Services.

You'll need to be comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities, but this isn't just about filling roles. Candidate experience is important here, as is building strong relationships with hiring managers and making sure the recruitment process is fair, inclusive and engaging.
