Role profile

Osborne Clarke is a future-focused international legal practice, and our people are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team, playing a direct role in delivering the firm’s overall growth strategy by supporting Partner and senior-level hiring across the firm.

This newly created role offers a brilliant opportunity for someone with in-house or agency recruitment experience to step into a varied, visible position, working closely with Partners, Operations and colleagues across HR to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

This is a permanent role based in our Bristol office with hybrid working.

About The Team

Our 17-strong Recruitment team plays a central, strategic role in attracting top talent and works closely with HR to support the firm’s growth.

We’re a friendly, supportive team with a genuine focus on quality. Your contribution will be recognised, and we place real emphasis on development and helping every individual perform at their best.

Why this role

This opportunity will appeal to someone who wants to be at the centre of high-impact recruitment, playing a pivotal role in hiring the individuals who are critical to the firm’s success and future direction.

As Recruitment Advisor, you’ll gain direct insight into the detail of Osborne Clarke’s growth plans and Partner strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders on commercially significant decisions. You’ll also have scope to be creative in how you source and engage candidates, using market insight and data to help shape the firm’s senior talent pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
