Recruitment Advisor
Annual Salary: £40k - £43k
Location: Windsor
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to oversee and enhance our day-to-day recruitment activities within an education environment. This role requires a balance of operational recruitment tasks and strategic thinking to improve candidate experience, all within a heavily regulated framework focused on safer recruitment practices.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and execute the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with current laws and regulations related to education.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to generalist HR roles.
- Familiarity with safer recruitment practices and regulations, particularly within the education sector.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a regulated environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
