Recruitment Advisor
As a Recruitment Advisor (RA), you will be pivotal in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent primarily across our offices in BVI, Bermuda, Cayman, London, and Jersey. You will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Managers (SHRM), and other key stakeholders in relevant offices to assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our firm's objectives and culture. Your role will also ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), fostering an equitable and inclusive hiring process. Additionally, as a member of the local HR team, you will contribute to HR administrative tasks, supporting the overall HR function.
The post holder will be responsible for and expected to carry out the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple regions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, market research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Promote and support internship, scholarship, and graduate programmes.
- Represent the firm at career fairs and employer branding events.
- Monitor recruitment trends, maintain recruitment records, and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, firm policies, and JEDI principles.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR administration.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in recruitment preferably within the legal or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices in BVI, Cayman or Bermuda.
- Demonstrated commitment to JEDI principles in previous roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools.
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment includes:
- Workforce Planning: Partnering with SHRMs, hiring managers, and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with JEDI principles.

Salary
US$65,000 - 85,000 per annum. We also offer a competitive benefits package including premium health insurance, annual leave, pension, and life assurance. Minimum 37.5 working hours per week.
